About the Class
Clogged chakras can be a source of low energy or emotional distress. Chakra clearings help to bring balance back to the energy flow in the entire body, or specific parts.
During these sessions I focus on channeling energy into the seven chakras: Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root.
These sessions are an excellent way to balance your chakras and find balance within your body and mind. Chakra clearing can provide the following benefits:
